If a woman tries to commit suicide by shooting herself, but the bullet goes through her and kills someone else - should she be charged?

If she lives through it, no I don't think she should be charged. It was not intentional.

Uh... I'm sorry buts the difference between that and abortion? Honest not trying to be a bitch!
With abortion the woman is not trying to kill herself. If the woman is trying to kill herself she has the right too, correct? Or does being pregnant take away that right?
I think it depends on what the state laws are I know that in my state after 6 months if someone hurts you they can be charged with child endangerment...
Wow really? Its a crime to shoot someone and kill them you know? Suicide is also against the law.

But hurting someone else and hurting yourself are completely different.
I think it would also depend on whether or not she even knew that she was pregnant.
