weird bump on my face pics and any idea how to get rid of it?

yesterday i had a little white bump underneth the skin it looked like maybe a small pimple well this morning i wake up and it's bright red and taken over my face it is really hard and hot to the touch and very tender. my skin is actually quite dry not oily at all. i don't think this is a regular pimple. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for how to get rid of it.

i put a warm compress and covered it with baking soda but that didn't really do anything. sorry the pic is not that great it was the best i could do.

this is what it looks like now. it's too close to my eye for comfort  and still hot so i'm headed to urgent care.

so after going to the urgent care they thought it was worse than what it was and referred me to the er. after 6 hours and probably a huge copay later the er gave me the exact same meds they said weren't strong enough at the urgent care. 

Apparently I have cellulitis. I'm so glad it wasn't mrsa but cellulitis is still bad so i did need to go to the dr. apparently it can lead to gangrene or meningitis (if it's on the face which mine is) of course that's when left untreated. so anyway i'm on  antibiotics and hopefully i'll feel better soon.

 holly cow.i thought it might be a cyst but after i saw tho pic now i dont know. go see your dr. it might be infected. get some antibiotic.

Good luck on the doctor visit. It's for the best that you went that way you don't worry as much.

Its mrsa 3 drs looked at it ar the urgent care so now I have to go to the er

 For the record, if it's hot and all that I don't really think  you should hit it with a book. If it was just a lump, yes, but not if it has other symptoms like you said you have. I'm glad you're going to the doctor about it.
