long story short...

i got pregnant, he wanted me to abort. i kept my son. he wasnt at the hospital at all. he met our son when he was like 1 week old, only cause itook him to his house. my son is 7 weeks old and he has came to see him less than 10 times.thigns were looking better and im getting ready to move out of my sisters i asked him if he wanted to move in together in a couple months he said yes. i asked him to buy him diapers a week ago, he said he would. he never did. i text him and asked him wtf was his deal,he never replied and  hes been ignoring me for the past few days. WTF do i do? i HATE SILENT TREATMENTS. i want to put him on child support but i dont want that to push him away from his son.

Idk the story outside of this... but maybe get a dna if he has issues and seek counseling for him.. he may be scared to mess the kid up or just really maybe a deadbeat....btw put his ass on cs.!!!

The kind of "man" who would stop seeing his son because of having to pay child support is really not a "man" at all.

Do you need the money to be able to provide for you son? If so, then you need to file. Your son deserves to have all of his needs met, and his father has a responsibility to partially provide for those needs!
