This is the bottom of my feet. They are very calloused. I went to get a pedi and after she got done my feet hurt so bad. I went to the foot dr and he shaved my feet down. It stayed smooth and soft for 5 months. Then it got hard all over again. Now there are tender spots that are red and swollen. I have to make another appointment to see him again. Untill I do what is the best lotion to use? My feet are also cracked. I can step on a nail and it wont even hurt.

What do you do for work? What kind of shoes are you wearing?

My dad is a diabetic. He deals with the skin on his hands and feet cracking a lot because of it. He used to use this wax system. I can't remember the name of it. But it was this thing you put the wax in to melt it. Then you dipped your hands and feet in it, let the wax harden on your hands or feet, and peel it off. It really helped him a lot.

The udder cream stuff (I don't remember the name lol) But, I've heard great things about it as well.

I put vaseline on my feet at night...the drier my feet are the more I put on. Then put a pair of socks on. Its nice and smooth the next day when I get up.
