S/O -Would you allow a sex offender to live in your home with your children? Poll

I'm not talking about a man who was busted at 18 for having consensual sex with his 17 year old girlfriend, or a man busted for taking a leak in a Wal-mart parking lot. I'm talking about someone that you KNOW is a child molester or a rapist. Would you let them live under the same roof as your children?

I don't allow it to "define" my life, but I sure as hell wont purposely put my children in danger by letting a known sex offender in our lives. 23 years after I was molested and I still have nightmares, there are some things I have trouble doing because of it. Why would I want to risk my children, when its my job to protect them, to a sick, perverted, person who tried to ruin my life. Considering what I went through I am a really well adjusted person and have the courage to stand up for me and my babies

No! I was molested by a family member when I was 7 years old. I was convinced it was my fault and if I told anyone my parents would split up and me and my mom would be out on the streets. I am now 30 years old and just told my mom and dad about the molestation over the holidays. After my DD was born in October something snapped, just having her made me realize I would kill the family member who was still in my parent lives, If they came near mY dd. I had already cut off all contact with them when I was pregnant with my ds1 but it didn't effect me the same with my 3 boys as with my dd, I guess I always knew the molester was into little girls not boys. Its such a relief to have my parents know, I will never completely relax until the molester drops dead and then I plan to go to the funeral and celebrate.

Well, according to the sick ,disgusting piece of crap ,sorry excuse for a mother in the other post, there is something wrong with you if you allow sexual abuse to define your life. She says SHE was sexually abused, yet she has no problem at all allowing her child molesting brother to live with her and her child. It amazes me that there are people this messed up actually living among us.
