I do not like the dark and quiet.. I can't sleep with out a TV or radio and some form of light.

That's me. I cannot fall asleep without my TV on. I do set the timer so it shuts off later on.

I am ok in the dark, but the quiet gets to me. I have to have something to listen to.

I prefer total darkness to sleep. I've learned to deal with a little light though because I leave the bathroom light on for my son. I  have to have a fan to sleep. I'm not sure if it's the noise, the cool air, or both.

My husband works 2wks on/off on a rig and the whole time he's gone I sleep with a night light...I'm a big baby...I'd do it while he was here too if he'd let me...

I dont like the dark either but I can sleep with the tv on.

I have to have a fan on.I can do dark just need a little noise.No matter how cold it is fan is on,lol.

I love the fan on me no matter the season or how cold it is and I think its because of the noise...I think its all in how you were raised...if something was always going on in your house whether it was a noisy air conditioner or your house is drafty and you can hear the wind outside you are more prone to like hearing things when you go to sleep...
