Christians who would disown a gay child because it is a sin...

But, isn't it sin to judge them for it? I thought God was the only one who was supposed to sin. Plus, sin is sin in Gods eyes (except blasphemy). Doesn't matter if you steal a penny or murfer someone...or if you don't wait until marriage or if you are gay. So, knowing this, why would you still disown them? I am a Christian, and I love my dd so much, that I can't see ever disowning her...no matter what she does.
