I am making a big pot of ham hocks and beans for dinner with sweet cornbread. I can't wait. It is one of my favorite comfort meals. I also love bisquits and gravy. Actually, even just biscuits are one of my favorite comfort foods.

I live in the South...I heart every comfort food!
Fried chicken, meatloaf and potatoes, macaroni and cheese,country fried steak, beef stew, a big beef roast with mushroom gravy, turkey and dressing, chicken and dressing, biscuits and gravy, etc.
