About 2 months ago I posted that I was having an anxiety attack and was at a point where I thought I needed professional help. I asked for any advice/recommendations on what to do. All who responded were very supportive, made me feel much better, and gave good advice. I did seek help, got on some medication, am seeing a therapist and haven't had an attack since.
