You've got Obama out here talking about his son would look like Trayvon, sweet. My daughter would look like Caylee Anthony. Another lost life without justice. What is his point? The judicial system is flawed. Bottom line. It's not just Trayvon, it's other people too, of all colors.
The men who raped me.... got away with a piddley ass 6 month sentence. I am white, all three of THEM were black. I was 13, they were 17-20. I lose my virginity for my whole life... and you get 6 months?

It's the whole thing. Everything, This shit is a hot ass mess. I have been convicted of a crime I DID NOT do and actually just got rejected for a job because of it... so I know how it feels. I've been locked up for BULLSHIT for a YEAR. I've been arrested, profiled, searched, whatever. Remember, I AM WHITE, and I look like I am too. I'm porcelain complected for fucks sake. I get in trouble just as much as anyone else. I get flicked at LEAST once a month for something stupid.
In this country, in my opinion, it's as much about money as it is about race. If you've got bread, you don't go to jail. If you don't... well you get hemmed up on BULLSHIT regardless of your color.
I've lived it, as a white, middle-class female from the fucking suburbs. There's just as much bullshit going on in the white community. I was abused for over a decade by my WHITE step-father... I reported him to cops, CPS, nothing happened. Instead, I GET LOCKED UP when I'm 15 for being a "troubled youth".

ETA: Yes, my rape was racially motivated. While violating me, I was called "stupid white bitch". I didn't get the justice I deserved. I didn't get to be on the news.
For the sake of perspective, If I were a black woman and raped by 3 white men and was called a "stupid Black bitch"... would that change anything?
