Right now I am trying to calm down... my husband had to go to work (he's a truck driver over the road) and he doesn't like it so... he's really strange the day he has to go so... he made me really angry without doing anything particular. Probably I am frustrated of this way of living, too and his mood is just increasing my frustration.
So, right now I am at the YMCA cafe (working on our taxes technically) having a hot hazelnut and french vanilla coffee and trying to calm down. God bless the YMCA membership and child care!
Xanax if its really bad, otherwise a little bit of music and alone time.

I talk to someone if possible.. write or type my feelings out.. cry if I can (a lot of the times I'm too mad to cry.. lol).. go outside with my camera and focus on finding a good picture.. things like that.. if it's really, really bad I take an Ativan. The Ativan is a last resort for those times when I'm feeling like I need to punch a wall, which is usually tied to my PMDD.
I hope you find something that works.. it's good to have a list of things to do and just go down it one by one until you are calm.. lol. Good luck!!!
