The mom that said she is arranging marriages for daughters....I think it's awesome!

My girls will be raised in a similar fashion. They will be taught that dating is inappropriate and will not be allowed to do so.

Right....why just assume I'm like that?

My 2 yr old gets her own toilet paper...your friends parents were freaky. :-/

What you're doing isn't arranging marriages. It's being a parent and supervising your Children's dates. I thought all parents did that?!?

I never went on a date until after I turned 17 and was in my first serious relationship. I wasn't allowed to just date whomever. Of course we did the be my boyfriend/girlfriend thing kids do. That simply meant we held hands on the playground and ate lunch at the same table.
I had two serious relationships. One lasted two years and the other one, well I'm married to him today.

 Well I would suggest that you restrict them from attending American History class or government class so they dont know their RIGHTS. (Ya know ignorance)
