IF I SEE SOMEONE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WITH A DOG ON THERE LAP AND ON THEIR CELL PHONE I WANT TO GET OUT AND PUNCH THEM!!! IT IS JUST AS BAD AS DRINKING AND DRIVING AND TEXTING AND DRIVING!!!

MY DUMB NEIGHBOR DOES IT!!! SHE'S GOT TO LITTLE ANKLE BITER DOGS THAT BOTH OF THEM SIT ON HER LAP WHILE TALKING ON HER CELL WHILE DRIVING!!! I CAN NOT STAND IT!!!

 I agree that dogs are a distraction in a vehicle.  I have no idea why people have to drag their animals around with them.  It's kind of stupid.

I could care less that they bring THEIR animals with them, but for f*!@# sake put them in the back. What if the dog sees something and lunges and causes them to hit someone. The damage is just as bad as drinking/driving, texting/driving.
