I get them too alot more around that time of the month. Maybe take a beta blocker to prevent them.
Hormones. I have gotten migraines for almost my whole life. I kept a journal and realized what my triggers were. I stopped drinking alcohol and stopped eating certain foods. Now that I have eliminated so many triggers the only time I really get them is with hormone changes. If I feel one coming on I can usually take 75mg of Benedryl and 2 Midol and sleep it off.
Prob hormones.. I used to get them BAD when I was on my period. I dont get them anymore though, since I had my IUD put in I haven't had a single period. :)
