I'm on it & I agree 100%
They implemented that in Florida and it ended up costing the state over $45,000. Most of the people came back clean (and the few who were "dirty" was because of pot), which means the $30 they charged was refunded costing the state money. If the public is willing to put more money into the welfare system then drug testing for welfare recipients is a go!
