What is it about Child Support and Spousal Support makes men lose their mind and become hateful.

My husband decided he wanted to be free and not married anymore after 6 years, and now he has to pay me 3 grand in CS/SS and he's pissed. Did he think I was going to let him leave me broke after being a stay at home mom for 5 years? I mean don't they think about this before they check out the marriage? lol! No  fun for him for awhile.

My soon to be ex had the nerve to tell the judge. "well our daughter is at preschool most of the day she hardly had her"????? hahah!! The judge asked whey he wasen't living at home (STBX tried to lie. I spoke up and said he walked out on us Judge and said I was on my own. Not in this county! Intill divorce he has to pay.. Then he said to the judge. "she can work" lolol!! Then he said.. "well would it matter if ((my)) daughter lived with me" lololo!! Omg!

Since his early Midlife Crisis he has hardly wanted to be botherd ny (Our) daughter. I have been holding it down. While he plays young and single and free. One of the sweetest men I have ever known has turned into a selfish jerk. They judge schooled his ass tho, it was so damn funny.

Oh!! Wow!! Sorry your sis is dealing with this it's no fun at all.. I coulden't imagine if I had 3 little ones to deal with.

Child support the man should know they have to pay that if they are gettind divorced...that's a given. But I could understand why they would become hateful with spousal support...their divorcing you and still have to support you.

Its because he has to hand over a shit load of money and not even guarantee it is going all to his children... I'd be shitty too. That's why I'd rather have full custody so I don't have to give my ex my money and not even really know where its all going!

Too many moms take advantage of the support and spend it on ridiculous shit instead of bills and the child!

I think a guy should have to pay child/spousal support but some men get pissy cause the ex is a bitch by wanting more money and then telling the guy that they can't see their kid. Some people get a divorce because they realize they weren't made for each other and are better off divorced.

Are you me? LOL I am going through the EXACT same thing. He HATES that he has to give me money. This is what I tell him, mostly in my head but still lol.  "Well guess what dick? I didn't decide to step out on my marriage and cheat with several different people. I was not prepared to have my life completely changed. YOU made the decisions you made and now you have to live with the consequences."

 If they feel their children are not being taken care of they have legal options. It's Someone they were with in a relationship in one point so they should know whether their ex is going to take care of their child.
