I feel less like a balloon that is ready to explode...

Since yesterday I have been having painful contractions, bloody show, nausea, diarrhea, most the classic signs of being in labor. Today I had to go to the store and while I was there I had a ton of pressure, And then I feel a big gush and wetness on my thighs, got home, changed my panties which are soaked and pinkish colored, and I no longer feel like I'm a balloon that is ready to pop.
Do you think my water broke?
Baby also dropped super low this morning, my cervix is dilated to a 1+, And I'm 37 weeks today.
