I feel like the cops and people are after me. Ive been feeling like this since my Dr switched my meds to generic. :(

Good news ! you are coherent and cognisant enough to identify that you may be having some problems with delusions, so that means you are coherent and cognisant enough to get yourself to a doctor asap. Please do, you will feel much better.

Sometimes the generic don't work as well as the original. It happened when I tried abilify.
Get to your doctor ASAP and speak to your pharmacist. Idk about the states, but in Canada your pharacist is part of your health team.
