If a juvenile commits robbery is it a felony? Say he beats a kid up and steals his cell phone. Can other charges apply other than just robbery?
*** Went and got a copy of the report and they are charging the boy with a felony and he is 17. When they took him to jail he had weed on him so he got a charge for that. In the report he denies beating my son and said that one of his "homies gave him the phone". The cops found my sons phone in the boys room in a storage box. The boy is in jail at the moment until futher notice. I can not get a no contact order until he goes to court. Im calling the man over the juvenile dept on Monday when he will be back in the office to see if we can go ahead and get one.

I did try but Im too tired to read all that legal stuff. Just got home from the er with my son. I will talk to the attorney tomorrow when I go to file a no contact order.
