I would abort My baby if it had a disability. One of my Facebook friend's has a mentally disabled child who is 2 yrs old but has a mind of a 6 wk old. I watch her struggle day to day pushing him around, change his diaper, feed him etc etc. he has to go in for another surgery for his heart soon. I couldn't do it, I'm not finically capable, I don't have the patience, I don't want to go through dispare if something were to go horribly wrong, plus and as horrible as this is to say and I know I'm going to get bashed for this but I don't care, there is absolutely no reason a mentally disabled should live. They won't be able to get a job, get married, go onto college, live on their own, learn to survive as an independent, and so on and so forth. So go ahead and bash away for all I care! I'm against abortions but if it comes down to my child having anything wrong mentally or physicically besides birth marks, I will do it. There I got it off my chest!

Well, I believe in choice so I won't bash you there.
But you do realize there are disabilities you can't see on ultrasound or know by blood tests, right?

Then hopefully you never have a child with disabilities. You never know how it'll be if you are in that situation. Times can be so rough, but there are amazingly good days.
