Growing up, that word was BANNED in my house!  I have never uttered the word!  What about you?  What do you think about people who use the "N" word?

I have never said it. My father had because I had a biracial bf that he hated and my parents were divorced at that point. My mother did not allow that word

I haven't banned it. I don't use it. I also would let someone know that the word shouldn't be said in my home. I haven't run into that problem yet.

I grew up in a very southern racist house. I wasn't taught that it was a bad word. As an adult I believe everyone is equal and would never use the word.

Yes that word is banned from my house. Anyone who says it will get 1 warning, they can leave if the nasty talk doesn't stop.

Meh...we say "negro" and "n***a" sometimes. But, we never flat out say the "N" word. Racial slurs are banned from my home.
