We have to get a kitty litter cover asap WITH EDIT IN REDDDDD
My husband changed the liter. She dug at it and scattered the liter outside the box, just enough for her to poop in--and she did poop on the pile she made!

We have been planning on getting a cover and this has pushed us over the edge. It's such a nasty thing for her to do- a pile of litter on the floor and a pile of poop on top!
We got a cover this weekend and the box is deeper. She is going poop in her box! No more nasty litter and poop on the floor. Dh had to coax her at first because she was all WTF! It is such a relief!

I seriously don't understand why she dumps her litter outside the box like that. It used to be large amounts but not this much. I really hope the cover helps. It is nasty to walk in and see a pile of litter on the floor and poop. Gross..makes me mad.
