They are squiggly pens. A few people got it right.

They have a motor to where it makes it vibrate and when you write with it its all squiggly!

I was born in 84 and have no idea what those are other than pens

I was born in 1991 and without look it up or reading other posts,  i'm pretty sure that's a wiggle pen. It has a little motor that makes it swirl in circles while you write. Not sure if i ever owned one but, i'm almost positive that's what that is. Am i right?

Born in 1977, had no idea what that was but stared the pick down and vaguely recall what it did. Googled the only words to describe what I though it was and voila, same image appeared. I'm so proud of myself.
