How did you forgive and move forward? Is it possible to have a healthy relationship after someone has been unfaithful?

i tried to forgive my 1st hubby and i ended up cheating on him to get him back at him. but it didnt make me feel any better about it. after 12 years i still couldnt forgive him but i hold grudges. now i cant trust in my relationships

I couldn't forgive. He had gotten her pregnant and that was the end for me. I understand how some women could forgive and move on and honestly the man I am married to now I might try and make it work if he cheated.

yes, but he and i both admitted our responsibility in the matter. he knew that he had run me off and has promised never to make me feel that way again. he has been the best husband since then. i think we are an anomaly though.

i believe that if u both are willn to fight for the relationship and work things out then yes u can make it. But if he cheats again then theres no point he will jst keep doing it .
