The kids wanted their beds on the floor like mine, so I said, why not....they need new frames anyways. And we are getting a new kitchen table, 'cause ours broke when we moved in.
This is exactly what I want in the playroom. Is the material easy to clean?

Fat ass? Far from it. Although, I'm sure from your end, it must be the pot calling the kettle black. But this kettle isn't black. So that leaves you as the fat pot.
There's mine. They are really the only "show off" pics I have. I used them in an old house forum, trying to estimate the year it was built.
this one is. It is custom so you can get what you want as far as fabric. The brand is Lexington. You can get it configured in any way that you want with whatever fabric you want. This one is nearly $10k but the couch is about 5 years old and still looks really good. Its hard to tell but ours is really wide and deep. Im 5'11" and my feet hardly touch the ground. It seats 12 comfortably. I wish I wouldnt have had them attach the back cushions. My mom didnt with hers and it seems to be a more comfortable couch than mine.
Im not sure if you can see it but to the far left is a full sized dining room chair for scale. As you can see it looks tiny next to the couch.
