I'm so sick of doing everything alone!!!

I'm married, but what happened when I gave birth to our daughter? I was alone, what happened when she needed anything? I was alone, what happened when I was sick or needed help? I was alone. Now what happens when I'm in horrible pain and have to take care of two kids? I am alone. fuck this.

You may have to speak up. I have this problem from time to time with DH. He doesn't seem to know he does it so I bring it to his attention and he corrects it.

I use tv to help keep them in one room and I sit here i this chair curled up in a ball because of how much pain im in
