Stealing Your Own Child's Identity Makes You a Special P.O.S!!!!!..........

 I have a friend who has a half sister. The half sister is fully capable of working but chooses not to and has worked the system forever.  What bothers me is that, according to my friend,  the 1/2 sister has ruined her credit along the way and has now started using her young daughter's name, social security number and has  even gotten utilities, cell phones and credit cards in her child's name and defaulted on most. This means this child's credit has already been ruined and she's only 12!  Is it me or does that make her a special P.O.S? My friend refuses to report her because the P.O.S. says she is doing it to "keep a roof over their heads". Thoughts?

Yeah my FIL did that to my husband. They share a name too so it was that much easier for him! And FIL wanted me to name my first after him as well. Yeah that didn't happen.
