Hemorrhoid worst one I ever had tried the wipes, cream & hot bath I cant move, walk or even turn in bed I got no sleep last night . Any one know of any remedies....tia

Ugh I was hoping to avoid that.I've had one before but it was not this big or painful :(.....T.Y

Do not get them removed.  That is more painful than the actual hemorrhoid.  Just keep taking sit baths, as hot as you can take it.  They will soften up and go back inside.  You could go to the Dr and ask for some pain medicine.  Once it goes back in you should see a proctologist or a GI doc.  They do procedures called infrared coagulation "IRC".  They seal the blood vessels that are causing the hemorrhoids preventing them from coming back again.

Tucks pads and witch hazel does wonders.  I have hemorrhoids and sometimes they drop.. other times they bleed sometimes they feel like they are on fireeee!  :[  I know how you feel but witch hazel and tucks pads helps a lot!

I understand I don't like drs too much but in this situation you need to go.
