I was going for the ombre look in the top photo. Originally I wanted more professional but thought I'd give this style a shot for a few months. It's beachy and fun! :)
I'm getting my hair cut and colored this evening. Currently, my hair is really long (its grows really fast) - I need to look more put together for my job.
Also, I think my long hair emphasizes how short (5'1) and chubby I am. I'm including photos of different hair colors I've had and I would LOVE outside opinions on what would suit me best. :)

Thank you for all the nice comments! I want to cut it because I HATE styling it and to be honest I'm lazy. I just had lash extensions done so I wouldn't have to put mascara on in the morning anymore! See, really lazy!
Majority of the time my hair ends up in a bun like the photo below, a sidebraid or ponytail. My coworker mentioned I looked kiddish and it may be time to cut it, which inspired my apt this evening.
