Before u bash me i was slipped a date rape drug and woke up home.idk how i got there and 4 days later felt funny down there and looked in a mirror at it and it was open sores. The day that ruined my life.4 yrs later no outbreaks unless under massive stress but im living. Its not a death sentence. Ull b ok

I had a friend who had herpes, and he said cutting out caffeine really helped keeping the outbreaks under control.

SO has herpes- cold sores. He just had an outbreak and I told him, "Get the f*ck away from me until that shit is gone!" He understood.

It's manageable. Just take your meds and use protection!

Thx. I dont have outbreaks really. It does suck and its hard living with. I dont take meds cuz its not type 2. I have type one on my genitals. Its less active and not as bad
