Eh..I think that some of them might truly have self esteem issues and want to feel better about themselves..but then I think some are just having fun.

Never have understood the point, but some people think it is fun. I am not sure why,because inevitabley someone gets their feelings hurt. At least, someone, usually the OP, gets their feelings hurt. I for one could care less if anyone thinks, me, dh or my kids are attractive or not. I think we are and that is all that matters.
