I eat whatever my budget allows healthy or not my kids are fed, that's all anyone needs to know.

I know people might look at my list and think that I don't have much, but I've got meat stocked, and between that, baking our bread, and having veggies and staples, there are a LOT of options!
I think people in general think in terms of full entrees when shopping, but if you think of it as shopping for ingredients and actual foods themselves, it gets easier to eat healthy =)
