I always wonder what happens when you stop drinking them and start eating again. I have lost weight recently and the only thing Ive been doing is making sure I take in less calories then I burn in a day. Good luck and keep us updated!!!
Slim Fast is all chemicals and not good for you.
I have never done shakes, pills, or any kind of fad diet. I have counted calories, eaten cleanly and exercised 6 days per week. I lost 57 lbs in 9 months doing this. I went from a size 12 to a 0. in that time frame.
I would recommend tracking calories, eating well and exercising and you will see results rather quickly. Also, drink half your weight in water in oz daily.

Quoting Mare1180:exercise & diet...slim fast might help for a while but it won't help you get in shape. I recommend calorie counting and eating non processed foods. Portion control is key. Good luck!!
