need to lose weight

I bought some slim fast and starting tomorrow I want to try this has anyone ever tried this? Did it work for you? If not what have others done to lose weight?

I really want to start losing weight. I was drinking slim quick, but it just made me pee a lot! Lol I did however, lose 10 lbs in under a month by jogging 12 miles a week and cutting out sweets, soda/juice/milk and not eating after 8 pm.

I've not used slim fast before. I'm on weight watchers and I'm down 30 lbs since february.

 I always wonder what happens when you stop drinking them and start eating again. I have lost weight recently and the only thing Ive been doing is making sure I take in less calories then I burn in a day. Good luck and keep us updated!!!

Slim fast had never worked for me because it leaves me hungry. The key for me is drinking as much water as possible.

exercise & diet...slim fast might help for a while but it won't help you get in shape. I recommend calorie counting and eating non processed foods. Portion control is key. Good luck!!

Slim Fast is all chemicals and not good for you. 

I have never done shakes, pills, or any kind of fad diet. I have counted calories, eaten cleanly and exercised 6 days per week. I lost 57 lbs in 9 months doing this. I went from a size 12 to a 0. in that time frame. 

I would recommend tracking calories, eating well and exercising and you will see results rather quickly. Also, drink half your weight in water in oz daily.

This and get a nice workout routine. Weight training and cardio mix. You will be amazed at how good you feel.

I've lost 60 pounds in 6 months before but that was eating once a day and exercising and id feel week I figured slim fast would steady give me vitamins and stuff so I wouldn't feel bad.... I gained it back having two more kids

How does weight watchers work and is it expensive? Congrats on the weight loss!
