what do you think my chances are?

I have a teleconference for my divorce next week and i sent in all my paperwork to the courts and they filed it today. 

i sent in the financial disclosure, marital settlement, all debts (mine his and ours to split), everything the judge said he needed plus...

i sent another proposed parenting plan stating i want full placement of dd, and her dad would get her 1 week a month (right now hes supposed to have her 2 weeks but didnt take her these past 2 weeks cuz he was having a fit that i moved....HE AGREED TO MY MOVING IN COURT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE) i also sent a short letter explaining why he doesnt deserve 50% placement (ive had to pick her up twice cuz he said his gf kicked them out and he had no where to go...one time i went with his parents the 2nd time i went out to eat with them right after it happened) dates hes canceled etc.

also i sent a pre discharge paper that was from the army that said they were starting his discharge cuz of mental problems. (he was saying he was suicidal without intent)

in the 7 months hes been ordered to pay cs he has paid 256.31 he still owes me 1554.02 

he has no contact with dd at all when he doesnt have her. except calling her on her bday cuz i reminded him of it....(can we say douche)

plus he has another dd who is 6 n a half whom he hasnt seen in a year...has paid like 400 in cs in the past year....and has had zero contact with but lives an hours drive from him... (we moved 400miles away with courts permission and his)

im just wondering if i have a shot at full placement...i take care of dd, im off of state aid, pay out of pocket for her daycare, take her to all her dr appts for check ups etc. the judge knows he doesnt support her but i had to agree to 5050 inorder to move when i did, AS A TEMP ORDER TO BE DISCUSSED AT THIS COURT DATE COMING UP 

anyone have experience with this?
