ohhh tough one. But if I suspected they were involved with say drugs, something that was risking thier life and future. I would weigh reading the diary and invading their privacy over repsecting their privacy. I would rather have them angry and raging than miss reading an entry that confirmed drug use for me to take action.
with that said. a sibling has no business reading their siblings diary
I think it's wrong to, but if I was worried my child was suicidal or something, I might.
If I thought there was drugs or something dangerous then yes I would. I wouldn't be happy about it though. My son doesn't keep one so I wouldn't be able to any way.
