The food is super easy, tasty, and there are different menu options to choose from (for example there are vegetarian menus, whole foods menus, baby food menus, etc). this menu can be done by anyone with just one day of cooking. That way when you don't feel like cooking all day, you simply pull something out of the freezer and heat and go. Another great resource is crockpot cooking! Throw something all in the crockpot when you get up in the morning, set it and go! Crockpot liners are GREAT for this. I would start by first (to the original poster) trying to cut it down to a maximum of eating out twice a week and pledging to eat at home five days a week. These meals are very family friendly. Please PM me if you have any questions! :)
