I'll go first. A cup of coffee with a dash of milk and dash of sugar. Out to lunch with family from out of town - buffalo wild wings 6 teriyaki wings with ranch; a cheesestick, an onion ring, anf a potato wedge yes one each, and split a sprite since the water had a bad taste. Plan on loadig up on fresh fruits and veggies for dinner after we go to the store.

2 sausage Patties, a hashbrown & 2 fried eggs. Then just a few minutes ago a bowl of ravioli.
