I think regret and guilt are the worst emotions to deal with when thinking about the past.

I was sexually abused for 5 years as a child. The abuse ended after an attack by my abuser and four of his friends left my parents unable to deny it any longer.

That I should have waited longer to have my kids, I wish I would have gotten into my career first for a few years to be stable instead of having them right after I graduated college.
