Serious Q's. Not another PA post! Ok, maybe it is...
Please... Explain something to me. Is it the fact that a person is on PA, for ANY reason, that makes them a drain on the system? Or is there a specific scenario that qualifies them as such??
Is there any scenario that a person who isn't receiving PA would be ok with someone else receiving it?
I really want your honest (non-bashing and civilized adult) response.

Your asking for too much on this site. The words non bashing and civilized will need to be defined.

Depends solely on the situation. This one's going to blow out of the water like every other pa post. Just saying

I think it depends on the scenario.
It should be a last ditch effort and or a temporary solution.
Example: The sahm on pa. If their dh/SO/bf is not actively looking for a second job or they not actively searching for soemthing suitable to their schedule then hyes they are drains. If they are and cannot find anything then no they are not. Now if there is a child with special needs then they are not drains either.

I'm not trying to cause drama. I really do want to know if people generally just have an automatic problem, or if there are certain "acceptable" scenarios.
