Depends on the STI. Herpes, whether genital or oral means no kissing or oral, Open cuts on fingers means no fingering etc. There are ways to avoid these things if you are a smooth talker.

Ohhhhh no. Not with me. Oral is very intimate. So it's counted as sex to me.
