Go vegan and walk an hour a day. I've lost 80 lbs
I lost 80 lbs eating 1500-1800 calories a day and doing walking off the lbs dvds. I ate a lot of salads. I love salads. I also make pizza crust out of cauliflower and pasta out of squash.... Yes its yummy and no it doesnt taste like what you would think!
Carbs only in the am. Power up, then stay away from them. Start off by walking 30 minutes a day and go from there.:)
