Go vegan and walk an hour a day. I've lost 80 lbs

Zumba is really good to help loose weight..or so I've heard.

I lost 80 lbs eating 1500-1800 calories a day and doing walking off the lbs dvds. I ate a lot of salads. I love salads. I also make pizza crust out of cauliflower and pasta out of squash.... Yes its yummy and no it doesnt taste like what you would think!

Substitute dinner with a lean cuisine. Walk and eventually jog and then run. Weight comes off quick and how easy is that?!

Carbs only in the am. Power up, then stay away from them. Start off by walking 30 minutes a day and go from there.:)

Walk everyday.

My aunt started walking her dogs and she's lost 40 lbs in 3-4 months. She was over 275lbs and now she's getting healthier and looking much better.

I was wondering if that worked. I did atkins and lost a lot ten years ago.. I can't get back into it lol.
