I pulled this pic off of someone's FB and do not know the girl, so I censored the pic. I could not imagine buying something like this for such a young girl.

her shorts look like she had them when she was 7-8 yrs old

not for nothing, but they are a close to being camel toe shorts for her age. 

To me, once their womanly feature start to show, dressing like this in not a good thing.

it's hard for me to tell because when I look at this, I instantly think of Pokemon and how the older one had Misty, and this was VERY close to what she wore (the suspenders would have to be red..then it would be right on track) 
Though I don't see any skin showing on her tummy, and her cleveage isn't hanging out everywhere, the shorts are a bit too snug... I would think that it would be uncomfortable. But it's censored enough that I would let my daughter wear this....but it's still pretty ugly ._.
