Why not write Ron Paul in if he doesn't make the ballot? That is what I plan on doing in that case.

Quoting Elyce225:

Well, if (and we all know it will) it comes down to Obama and Romney I will be voting for Obama.  If Ron Paul somehow gets the nomination I will be voting for Paul.

Welcome to politics. I feel the same way, I don't think he cares about gay marriage at all, it looks like a smoke screen to me.

Quoting Sunflower7556:

Nope, I do not agree with Obama care, his policies scare me.  I hate how the candidates are putting the wrong issues on the table, getting us caught up in who marries who so we are not looking at the big picture of where our paychecks are going and how wasteful the government is.

There are still two alternatives, which one do you mean?

Quoting Anonymous:

I can't believe the majority said no, look at the alternative!

Because that will not help keep Obama in office.  I'm not going to waste a vote on someone who has no chance when I especially don't want a zealot in office.  Besides, Paul is out :(

The majority said Obama should not be re- elected, according to the poll.  Romney is just scary.

Yes I do.  I think that he knows where this country needs to go and he has the information to get us there.  He can't fix something in 4 years that took 8 to break.

Here's our 3 years of change:  Unemployment Rate, (non-farming): +23.7%; Unemployment Rate, blacks +25.4%; # of people unemployed +24.7%; # of Food Stamp recipients +35.1%; # of unemployment benefit recipients +35.1%; # of long term unemployed +146/2%; Individual poverty rate +8.3%; People in the U.S. living in poverty +9.5%; National Debt in TRILLIONS +32.2%. In the last 2 years we have accumulated debt more than 27x's as fast as during the rest of our Nation's history. That's equal to a person driving down the road at 65 MPH when a car rockets past you at 27x's your speed. He would have had to be going 7,555 MPH. And no, I wouldn't expect recovery in 3 years but I sure wouldn't have expected to see an increase in all the above. And that's just a few. Every single item tracked has increased, except for the Real Median Household income, which dropped .07%. Not one single thing has improved under this administration, it's one failure after another and all those failures have cost us, the taxpayers, billions of dollars. But guess who has benefited from these failures? The Democrats at the top of the pile.  But I suppose it is more important how someone like Romney, and others like him, spend their money than how Obama spends our money.
