If your child was fat, would you allow them to participate in an ad campaign like this?

Or do you think it is a poor choice by the parents to allow their child to pose for a "fat kid" campaign?  Do you think that it would be humiliating for the kid?

No way in hell. However, I hope my child doesn't get that opportunity anyhow. He is healthy and active.

That is humiliating for those kids. I am willing to bet their classmates make fun of them even more now.

If my child was like any of them then I would know there is either a health problem that needs to be fixed or I am feeding them poorly.

I don't know, those children look old enough to already be suffering from being teased and tormented in school. They might have had a say in the advertisement. The little ones that you might see on the Maury show is different.
