Ezra! That is the name my sister has picked out for her son. Now am trying to talk her out of it. Am sorry but that is not a name you give to a kid that is going to be a "country " boy. We all have "basic" southern/simple names. Lily Jo is her DD name, her and hubs have "simple" names too. I just feel if she names him Ezra he is going to get picked on around here and people are going to have a hard time saying it. She use to hate in school when people said her name wrong.

My entire family hated my dds name, and now they allllll love it. Even dh said HE'LL no to the name. Until she was born and he said it fit perfectly. He said it was a name for a princess. It's LiliKay.

haha but she calls my DD by her middle name. She would never see it as an insult olr disrespect.

Naw it does not make her mad or anything. We have been going back and fourth with names for some time now and I have even told her it was not my frist pick for a name. She thinks its kinda funny the face I make every time she says it. I really am not try to take her out the name. We joke around about it.
