you need to do your homework...but your reasonings are not soley cosmetic so you need to speak to your dr. who can then refer you to a specialist.
if you get the implants, go UNDER the muscle. and unless you plan on being a stripper it doesnt matter where they insert the implant from...
you look young in your pic (and gorgeous btw).
I don't think you can breastfeed after having b. augmentation surgery, which is something I would consider if you are young and think you will have more children.

Do your research, that's for sure. Get more than one opinion. I'm going to be needing my boobs done for the 3rd frigging time in the future.. At this rate I wish I had never started all this bs. I had implants but my boobs had too much skin to begin with so I couldn't go under the muscle (or I'd have square looking boobs - no thanks lol)..a year later I really wanted them under the muscle for medical reasons - being able to see cancer easier without the implant being in the way..so I got a lift done. My breast shape itself is great but they healed up really badly underneath now I have 3" wide of red scar tissue underneath each breast and the PS also didn't move my nipple down enough so regardless of bra (I've been fitted dozens of times) my nipples pop out of everything (even full coverage bras) and it is extremely annoying. I am stuck wearing sports bras almost every single day because of it. I know your story is different than mine..I'm just sharing because I've been through the whole cosmetic surgery thing and sadly I am not done..I can't live the rest of my life wearing sports bras :(
Breastimplants411 is an amazing site for info and forums.
