period lasting more the 5-7 days(pos tmi)

my period(what i think is my period) started may 7th and it is now the 17th and i still am bleeding it is not enough to even need a tampoon or a pad not even a panty liner. my cycles before have been medium to high flows. this is mainly just blood streaked mucus with the bllod only on the potty paper when i wipe. have any of you ladies ever had this. just looking for advise on what to talk to the ob/gyn when i go for my appointment
