My dh and I split almost 2 weeks ago.
He's broken my hand.
he "kidnapped" our daughter, who is bf'd, and refused to bring her to me to eat.
I got a tro on him when he threatened to hurt me when I finally (but sneakily) got dd back.

Anyway, he apparently has sex in his sleep.
My lawyer advised me to make a report to the police about it in order to prevent overnights with dd.

I feel horrible. He's gonna wind up getting locked up, but I need to keep dd safe.

umm...does he sleep in bed with your DD?  If you really think your doing it to keep your DD safe then you should do anything you can.  It's better to be to safe, than sorry later.

Didn't you make a post about him having sex in his sleep maybe a week ago? You said you didn't want him to have visitation overnight because you were afraid he would do it to her and she is like four months?

He moved to his stepfathers and has a very small room. So yeah, she would be. Ugh. I hate that thought.

Yep :(

Today my lawyer told me to nake a report. I hated every minute of it, but if it'll keep dd safe, so be it.

My intent was never to hurt him :(

But its been his to hurt me :/

If this story is true then LEAVE him, FILE A POLICE REPORT for kidnapping your DD. Your first priority at this point should be safety and well being for your DD and yourself!! Good Luck mama!!

Idk.
My lawyer says even if he didn't, it needs to be known

He also ditched an appt he had for it may 9th, which tells me he *maybe* knew what he was doing and can't lie. Kwim?

Has sex in his sleep as in masturbating? I wouldn't think that it would be hard to prove your case and at this point it isn't about him or you it is about the safety and welfare of your DD. Life will give us nightmares all on its own no point in putting her in an environment that could contribute to that. Keep your baby safe and sheltered for as long as you can.
