Who is upset because she wasn't invited to a friend's birthday party????? It was an all out bash.

She found out about it on FB when the pics were posted.

And it doesn't look like they had to limit the number or anything like that.

Ouch.

I'm not sure there's much you can say to her.  Just be there.  Maybe remind her that there will be other parties, but I wouldn't expect that's much consolation.

Give her a HUG and tell her that they only invited the "SUCKY PEOPLE" to the party. That is so sad, I hope she gets over it soon

Oh I don't even know. My oldest is only 3. I think I would feel bad for her though. :( I would try to do something to make her happy.

Don't invite them to your party. Or maybe it was a surprise and the mom didn't know all the girls to invite? This happened to me. I made a baby shower for a friend and we had lots of friends in common but I had no way of knowing who her 2 coworkers were and evidently they were very close.

I would tell her to express how she feels in a letter to her friend. Read the letter and talk over things with her.  Maybe eventually write a version to give to the friend.  I think its important to learn to communicate hurt feelings.
