I didnt :( DH refused to leave his children even for a weekend. Seriously. He actually asked me if I would be ok with them staying in the hotel over night with us the one night we spent away from home for our wedding.

We can't rely on my ex-husband to watch DS8, so we are going to Italy for our 40th Birthdays, when DS is 14 years old.

We went to Ireland and Denmark....it was more of a family reunion than a honeymoon but I didn't really want to go anywhere that was unfamiliar, for some reason I have a huge fear of getting lost and/or stranded in any unfamiliar area.

We went to Cancun to a nice resort there on the beach. LOVED it!
